Net Neutrality and States Going Their Own Way
It seems that in a time where Trump and the Republicans are forging an unpopular path (unpopular for some, but obviously not everyone) to their own destination, individual states are forging their own more ethical paths towards either that same destination or a different destination altogether. This happened when Trump pulled out of the Paris climate agreement, and seems to be happening again in the context of net neutrality.
Check this video out which details Washington's own response to the FCC pulling out of net neutrality agreements:

Washington state will act under our own authority to protect #NetNeutrality for all of Washington's citizens. We will stand up for innovation, stand up for consumers, and protect an open internet. While the FCC will throw down roadblocks, Washington will be the first state in the nation to proactively protect net neutrality, and we're going to use every tool in our toolbox to do so.
