Trump, Men and Abortion

As many know, especially if they frequent Twitter, Trump  signed a ban on federal money going to international groups that perform or provide information on abortions. What was particularly stark about this was the fact that it appeared to be a very male-defined and -enacted thing. The picture has been doing the rounds on social media:
